AI 패션 디스 배틀(이하 "서비스")은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

  • 사용자가 업로드한 사진은 서버에 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
  • 모든 AI 분석은 사용자의 브라우저 내(클라이언트 측)에서만 이루어집니다.
  • 회원가입, 로그인 기능이 없으므로 이름, 이메일 등의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 사진(이미지) 처리 방식

본 서비스의 핵심 기능인 패션 판정은 다음과 같이 처리됩니다:

  • 브라우저 전용 처리: 업로드된 사진은 TensorFlow.js를 통해 브라우저 내에서만 분석됩니다.
  • 미전송 정책: 사진은 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
  • 미저장 정책: 분석 후 사진 데이터는 메모리에서 즉시 삭제됩니다.
  • 결과 카드: 공유용 결과 카드는 사용자의 기기에서만 생성되며, 사용자가 직접 저장하거나 공유합니다.

3. 쿠키 및 로컬 저장소 사용

본 서비스는 다음 목적으로 브라우저의 localStorage를 사용합니다:

  • 언어 설정 저장: 사용자가 선택한 언어(한국어/영어)를 기억합니다.
  • 배틀 횟수 카운터: 전체 판정 횟수를 표시하기 위해 로컬에 저장합니다.
  • 효과음 설정: 효과음 ON/OFF 설정을 기억합니다.

이 데이터는 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 언제든지 삭제할 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 서비스

Google AdSense

본 서비스는 Google AdSense를 통해 광고를 게재합니다. Google은 광고 개인화를 위해 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참조하세요.

Google Fonts

폰트 표시를 위해 Google Fonts CDN을 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 사용자의 IP 주소가 Google 서버로 전송될 수 있습니다.

TensorFlow.js CDN

AI 모델 실행을 위해 TensorFlow.js를 CDN에서 로드합니다. 모델 자체는 브라우저에서 실행되지만, CDN 리소스 요청 시 IP 주소가 전송될 수 있습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

1. Information We Collect

AI Fashion Dis Battle (the "Service") does not collect any personal information.

  • Photos uploaded by users are never transmitted to or stored on any server.
  • All AI analysis is performed entirely within the user's browser (client-side).
  • There is no sign-up or login, so no personal data such as names or emails is collected.

2. Photo (Image) Processing

The core fashion-judging feature works as follows:

  • Browser-only processing: Uploaded photos are analyzed within the browser using TensorFlow.js.
  • No transmission: Photos are never sent to external servers.
  • No storage: Image data is immediately discarded from memory after analysis.
  • Result cards: Shareable result cards are generated on the user's device and saved/shared by the user directly.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses browser localStorage for the following purposes:

  • Language preference: Remembers the selected language (Korean/English).
  • Battle counter: Stores the total number of judgments locally for display.
  • Sound settings: Remembers the sound ON/OFF preference.

This data is stored only on the user's device and is never transmitted externally. It can be deleted at any time through browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

Google AdSense

The Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies for ad personalization. See Google's Ad Policies for details.

Google Fonts

Google Fonts CDN is used for font rendering. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google servers during this process.

TensorFlow.js CDN

TensorFlow.js is loaded from a CDN for AI model execution. While the model runs in the browser, your IP address may be transmitted during CDN resource requests.

5. Children's Privacy

The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14.

6. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated as the Service changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
