AI 패션 디스 배틀(이하 "서비스")은 AI 기반 패션 판정 엔터테인먼트 웹 애플리케이션입니다. 사용자가 업로드한 사진을 브라우저 내 AI 모델로 분석하여 패션 티어(S/A/B/C)를 판정하고, 재미있는 코멘트를 제공합니다.

2. 이용 조건

  • 본 서비스는 무료로 제공됩니다.
  • 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다.
  • 인터넷 접속이 가능한 웹 브라우저에서 이용할 수 있습니다.
  • AI 모델 로딩을 위해 초기 데이터 다운로드가 필요합니다.

3. AI 판정 면책조항

본 서비스의 AI 판정 결과는 오직 오락 목적으로만 제공됩니다.

  • AI 판정은 머신러닝 모델에 의한 자동 분류 결과이며, 전문적인 패션 평가가 아닙니다.
  • 판정 결과의 정확성, 신뢰성, 객관성을 보장하지 않습니다.
  • 결과에 대해 심각하게 받아들이지 마시고, 재미로만 즐겨주세요.
  • AI가 생성하는 코멘트(디스멘트)는 유머를 목적으로 하며, 실제 개인을 비하하려는 의도가 없습니다.
  • 판정 결과로 인한 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 서비스 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. 이미지 사용 정책

  • 사용자는 본인이 권한을 가진 사진만 업로드해야 합니다.
  • 타인의 사진을 무단으로 업로드하여 판정받는 것은 권장하지 않습니다.
  • 불법적이거나 부적절한 이미지의 업로드는 금지됩니다.
  • 업로드된 이미지는 서버에 저장되지 않으며, 브라우저 내에서만 처리됩니다.

5. 결과 공유

  • 결과 카드의 생성 및 공유는 사용자의 자발적 선택에 의합니다.
  • 타인의 결과를 동의 없이 공유하는 것은 사용자의 책임입니다.
  • 공유된 결과로 인한 분쟁에 대해 서비스 제공자는 관여하지 않습니다.

6. 지식재산권

본 서비스의 디자인, 코드, AI 모델, 콘텐츠에 대한 지식재산권은 서비스 제공자에게 있습니다. 무단 복제, 배포, 수정을 금지합니다.

7. 서비스 변경 및 중단

서비스 제공자는 사전 통지 없이 서비스를 변경, 중단하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

8. 약관 변경

AI Fashion Dis Battle (the "Service") is an AI-based fashion-judging entertainment web application. It analyzes photos uploaded by users using an in-browser AI model to assign a fashion tier (S/A/B/C) and provides humorous commentary.

2. Terms of Use

  • The Service is provided free of charge.
  • No sign-up or login is required.
  • The Service can be accessed from any web browser with internet connectivity.
  • An initial data download is required to load the AI model.

3. AI Judgment Disclaimer

The AI judgment results are provided solely for entertainment purposes.

  • AI judgments are automated classification results from a machine learning model and do not constitute professional fashion evaluation.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or objectivity of the results.
  • Please do not take the results seriously; enjoy them for fun only.
  • AI-generated comments ("disments") are intended as humor and are not meant to demean any individual.
  • The Service provider assumes no liability for any damages arising from the judgment results.

4. Image Usage Policy

  • Users must only upload photos for which they have the right to use.
  • Uploading others' photos without permission is not recommended.
  • Uploading illegal or inappropriate images is prohibited.
  • Uploaded images are not stored on any server and are processed only within the browser.

5. Sharing Results

  • Generating and sharing result cards is at the user's voluntary choice.
  • Sharing another person's results without their consent is the user's responsibility.
  • The Service provider is not involved in disputes arising from shared results.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for the Service's design, code, AI model, and content belong to the Service provider. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
